Mr. Echols is named as the NJA 2022 Trial Lawyer of the Year, making him the third attorney from Claggett & Sykes to receive this honor. Throughout his career, Echols has handled more than 250 civil and criminal cases before juries, and has argued cases before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is frequently retained by other law firms to help with trial and post-trial motions, as well as appellate issues.
