Las Vegas Legal Video utilizes the newest voice-recognition technology to synchronize the transcript with the video presentation. Transcript and video synchronization allows the viewer (attorney, jury, judge) to view the video deposition and the transcript simultaneously on the same screen. The transcript scrolls at the same speed that the deponent testifies. Space is also provided to view deposition/trial exhibits. |

Synchronization allows even the least tech savvy user to easily navigate the deposition transcript. For the client, the process is reduced to a simple series of points and clicks. The user can search by word, phrase, date and time, or page and line. Zoom capabilities allow the user to emphasize any testimony desired by using a method similar to “dragging” text in traditional word processing programs like Microsoft Word ®.
Las Vegas Legal Video provides synchronization utilizing one or all of the following programs: TrialDirector ®, DepositionDirector ®, Sanction ®, TrialPro ®, Visionary ®, YesLaw ®, Live Note ®, Summation ®, and DepoSynch ®. If the client utilizes software not listed above, Las Vegas Legal Video will purchase the software, at no charge to the client, and synchronize the video and transcript in accordance with the client’s wishes.
